Can someone play beer pong sober?

Like if they do not like alcohol but would like to play, can they do it while staying sober?(Ive never played, i am sheltered) My friend said she lost at beer pong but said she was perfectly sober. How does that work?

Yes. But it really wouldn’t be beer pong then. More like Pepsi pong.. But I imagine your friend was just trying to impress you with her ability to hold her alcohol.

Sure you can play sober. I find that playing sober can be a little tougher sometimes because my nerves get to me more than when I’ve had a beer or two.
