A guy I went on a date with gave me syphilis in a beer pong game?
I drank out of his cup and he ended up giving me syphilis. He wants to go another date but I want nothing more than to seek revenge. Is it possible to place an STD inside a container and unleash it into his bedroom while he is sleeping? Has anyone ever done that before?

are you absloutely certain that’s how you got it? Syphilis like any VD can be sneaky and hard to track, it seems much more likely that you’ve had the infection and didn’t know it or didn’t have symptoms till now than you catching it from drinking from his cup, gonorrhea, chlamydia, or even herpes maybe but from my understanding syphilis virtually cannot be transmitted through saliva.
You’ve probably already asked him about it and I just made myself look like a jackass but if you haven’t you probably should.
I have a problem with your little revenge scheme, but to answer your question no, there’s no way to store an std in a container or unleash one into the air, you’d literally need to inject him with one if you could even get a hold of one.
If you really want to do that you’ll need to find someone that has something and get them to give it to him.
I’d contact a lawyer, you could quite possibly win a civil suit against him for this if you could prove it.
