I live near Virginia Tech and was thinking of making Tech Beer Pong tables. Good or bad idea?

There is already a lot of them out there. You need to find a niche that your product has that others dont, and use that key feature to promote and sell your tables!

good luck dude. people tend to use regular ping-pong tables and if they dnt have one they use either the floor or the dining room table or anything like that. people tend to use any means of an alternative so, i wouldnt suggest it.
That might be tough. Lot’s of people that use pong tables have made them themselves and enjoy that aspect. The commercial ones I have seen tend to be the aluminum fold up style. To be successful you need to differentiate your product and for the campus area word of mouth would be your best advertising bet.
